Where can I purchase your items?
You can buy our products either through our online store or by visiting us in person at our pop-up shop located in Bells & Birds, Raffles Hotel Shopping Arcade, specifically at #02-36 (Seah St drop-off), Singapore 188719. Our pop-up shop is open from Tuesday to Sunday, operating from 11am to 7pm.
What is the price range for engagement rings?
Our engagement ring typically start from $1500 onwards
Is the jeweller behind Vault professionally trained?
Our The founder behind Vault is a second-generation jeweller who inherited her passion for jewellery from her parents, who have been in business since 1990. She was introduced to the trade at a young age, which allowed her to hone her skillset over time. In addition, she has received formal education in jewellery and 3D Design.
Are you able to help me source for a particular material?
Yes we are able to source for a gemstone, diamond or even fabrication techniques to create your perfect jewellery. Simply reach out to us
What does a set of bridal jewellery / 四点金 consist?
In traditional sense, a set of bridal jewellery or "四点金“ typically comprises a necklace, a ring, a pair of earrings and a bangle or bracelet.
What is the usual lead time for bespoke orders?
Typically, it takes us around 6 to 12 weeks to fulfil a bespoke order. However, we suggest that you approach us well in advance to ensure that we have sufficient time to produce your truly one-of-a-kind design.
What materials do you use?
We exclusively employ solid gold in all of our creations. Our pieces are made in 18k gold, and we occasionally use 22k or 24k upon special request. All of our diamonds and gemstones are earth mined and natural unless stated otherwise.
Do you work with lab-grown diamond or moissanite?
We do offer lab-grown diamonds and moissanites as alternatives, but these options are only available upon request. Kindly note that Moissanites are offered only in sizes of 1 carat or greater.
Where is your workshop / items made from?
We work closely with workshops locally and in Hong Kong, and depending on the specific design and fabrication requirements, we determine the optimal workshop for production.
Can you create replicas of branded products or duplicate designs from other brands?
We highly respect the art of jewellery and therefore do not engage in the creation of replicas of branded products or duplicate designs from other brands. Instead, we collaborate closely with our clients to design and produce bespoke pieces that are customised to their unique preferences and requirements.
Do you offer free shipping?
