Refund policy

Exchanges are only applicable for items received incorrectly or deemed faulty, provided we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order, together with proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange request, please email enquiries@vaultfinejewellery.com with your Name, Address, Invoice Number, and reason for the request. Upon review and confirmation, a return authorization number will be issued and should be clearly indicated on the return parcel.

Return shipping arrangements and costs will be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Vault Fine Jewellery cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. In-store exchanges may also be arranged upon prior confirmation.
