Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our jewellery, all bespoke, customised, engraved, resized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For ready-to-wear items purchased from our collections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Each case will be assessed individually, and where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the item at our discretion.

Should a return be authorized by Vault Fine Jewellery, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during transit. Where applicable, authorized returns or exchanges may also be arranged in person at our boutique.

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss of stones, improper care, or alterations carried out by third parties.
