We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway or through a PayPal account.

All prices displayed are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).  Prices are subject to change at any time until the purchase is complete.


If the purchased items are in stock, we will ship immediately.  If the items are not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date.    Estimated delivery time for items not in stock is typically 2 weeks.  If the items are ready earlier,  we will ship as soon as complete.   If you need your items immediately, please contact us at shop@vaultfinejewellery.com and we will determine if there is any way to accommodate your requests.  Expedition fees may apply.

For all domestic orders above $500, we offer complimentary shipping.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.  We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.

An adult signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.  If a delivery is missed, delivery service provider will attempt a delivery the following business day.  A tracking number will be included with your shipping notification via email so you can track the delivery status.  You are always welcome to email or call us to check the status on Whatsapp at (65) 69176590.
