Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at before sending out your return. Provide your Name, Address, Invoice Number, and Reason for Exchange. You will receive a Return number, which must be clearly written on the package for safe delivery.

Please note that clients are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend insuring your package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items during transit.

Alternatively, you may contact us to arrange an in-store return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will proceed with the exchange, repair, or refund according to your instructions. If there is an additional payment required, we will contact you to arrange it. However, if the returned item(s) are not in their original condition or have been altered, we will return them to you, and the sale will be considered final.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items on sale, customised orders, or engraved items. We can only accept exchanges for merchandise purchased through or our physical store with the original receipt.
