Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if items are received incorrectly or are faulty, provided we are informed within 7 days of purchase with a proof of receipt. Please email us at with your Name, Address, Invoice Number, and Reason for Exchange to initiate a return. Upon confirmation, you'll receive a Return number, which should be clearly marked on the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend insuring your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost items during transit. In-store returns or exchanges can also be arranged.

Upon inspecting the returned item(s), we will proceed with the exchange, repair, or refund as per your instructions. If additional payment is required, we'll contact you to arrange it. Items not in their original condition or altered will be returned, and the sale will be considered final."
